Backerkit Survey Hiccup FIXED!

Real quick update everyone.

I had a few settings confused about collecting shipping data and it resulted in some of the backer tiers not getting their surveys sent. I was able to talk to customer service and get it all straightened out, and behind the scenes its saying all the surveys HAVE been sent.

So if you didnt get one earlier, check your emails and send me a message if you still dont see the survey and we'll keep trouble shooting!

Survey Says... Sent!

Home-Stretch time, folks!

 I sent out the surveys to everyone today, so you should be seeing them in your email! Feel free to grab add-ons if you want, as I am looking to lock orders in about a week so I can get you all your books! 

Just a quick update from me so you know the surveys are sent. Back to work doing the custom art yall ordered! Here is a group of kobolds I drew over the last week or so during my warm up time :D I'm noticing some greater response on the cintiq than my old tablet had so i am retrying a bunch of brushes to see if their textures work better... i am getting the hand of this "marker" brush for coloring i think.

Backer Kit Surveys Update!

Howdy Folks!

Just a quick update on the surveys and the backerkit addon store:

Test surveys have been sent!

That's basically it. Backerkit suggests a smoke test to see if everything is working well, so I clicked the test button today and if everything is working correctly a few of you should be getting an email for your survey. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL!

I want to make sure everything is going well, so If you can check your email and fill out the survey (if you have) that would be awesome! once I know everything is ok I will send out the rest of the Surveys.

I am aiming for Friday to send the surveys, so if you dont have a survey by Monday, check back here for any updates, and please reach out to me if you think something went wrong and the survey didnt send.

Fulfilment Progress Update 1

I got everything set up in Backerkit today and submitted the storefront for review. once thats all done  and everything is good to go, I will be sending out the Surveys.

I will send an update here once the surveys are ready to go out. but once they go out and the Backerkit store is open there will be a short window to finish your survey and buy addons.  The printers I use both locally and for the comics themselves are still facing paper shortages so I want to make sure I order things with enough time to make sure i can hit the January delivery date on the campaign :)

For those of you that are getting any kind of custom art, from the guest appearance pledge to character commissions etc --- If i havent reached out to you already I will be reaching out to you personally soon in order to start the process on those rewards.

Deadline for changing your name is tomorrow! (Aug 15th)

I will be finalizing the credits this week and making final adjustments so I can send the comic to the printer asap. If you would like a specific name, please respond to the message I sent to all backers here on Kickstarter. 

If there is no response from you by the end of day tomorrow, I will use the first name and last initial of the names Kickstarter shows me.
